Our purchase was conducted long distance from the UK. After two initial visits to the Island and your office, your Team kept us advised of all opportunities within our price range. The Team had a good understanding of our basic wishes in terms of size, location, privacy etc.. We also found your website invaluable with its regular updates of offerings in the Greater Victoria area. The process was lengthy but ultimately worthwhile. We concluded our purchase in June and are now preparing for the arrival of our belongings from England.
